HCB Griddle – 70S – ribbed – 13 kW – 80 cm – natural gas – stainless steel

This professional stainless steel gas griddle from HCB is designed for restaurants, snack bars, lunchrooms, hotels, catering companies, and other professional kitchens. The griddle is 80 cm wide and features a large, fully ribbed cooking surface. This allows you to efficiently cook meat, hamburgers, fish, vegetables, sandwiches, and other grilled items.

The deep ridges create distinctive grill marks and give dishes an appealing grilled appearance. At the same time, excess fat and cooking juices can drain away between the ridges. This makes the baking sheet ideal for dishes where a pronounced grilled flavor and professional presentation are important.

The cooking surface measures 74 × 56.5 cm and offers enough space to prepare multiple items at the same time. The gas griddle is equipped with two separately adjustable heating zones. Each zone features a powerful 6.5 kW gas burner, for a total output of 13 kW. This allows you to cook different items at the same time and set the appropriate temperature for each zone.

With a temperature range of 80 °C to 300 °C, the ribbed griddle is suitable for a wide variety of uses. Use a lower temperature for gentle cooking or keeping food warm, and increase the heat for quick grilling and intense searing. The gas burners ensure rapid heating and even heat distribution across the cooking surface.

The piezoelectric ignition makes starting the stove easy. The raised splash guard on the back and sides helps protect the surrounding area from grease splatters. Thanks to the grease drain and removable grease tray, you can easily remove cooking juices and keep the griddle cleaner during daily use.

The freestanding gas griddle has a base without a door and is made entirely of stainless steel. This robust design is suitable for intensive professional use. The height-adjustable legs allow you to set the working height from 85 to 90 cm. This ensures the griddle integrates seamlessly with other equipment within a professional HCB 700 cooking line. The unit is designed for natural gas as standard; nozzles for conversion to propane are included.
