Warranty Period

  • Warranty Duration: We offer a 3-month carry-in warranty period on all our appliances. During this period, you can count on our full support for any defects.

Warranty Coverage

  • What is covered under the warranty?: The warranty covers defects that occur during normal use or due to manufacturing faults. This includes the cost of replacement parts and labor for repairs, at no extra cost to you.
  • Exceptions: Damage caused by improper use, user damage, and normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

Transport Costs

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that the transport costs for shipping the device to Horecacentrum Curacao and returning it to you are at your own expense.

Out-of-Warranty Repair

  • Costs for Out-of-Warranty Defects: If a defect occurs outside the warranty period, repair costs will be charged. Before proceeding with the repair, we will provide you with an estimate of these costs. We only repair with your permission.
  • Inspection Fees: If you decide not to have the repair carried out, we charge an inspection fee of 49.50. This is to cover the costs of identifying the issue, which is often a time-consuming process requiring various tests and analyses.
  • Application of Inspection Fees: These costs also apply if the inspection shows that the item can no longer be repaired, or if the issue does not come to light during the inspection.
