This electric pasta cooker from HCB’s 650 SERIES is a professional pasta cooking appliance, made entirely of high-quality stainless steel, with a capacity of 2 x 12 liters—ideal for cooking spaghetti and other pasta.

This top-of-the-line pasta cooker has a temperature range of 30°C to 110°C, which can be easily adjusted using a sturdy dial. The heating elements are shielded inside the pot, which is also equipped with a crumb tray.

Both tubs can be adjusted separately.

In addition, the unit features two manually operated fill valves for easy filling and a drain valve with a safety lock to prevent accidental draining. The pasta cooker is also equipped with safety thermostats and a drip tray with a raised rim around the bowl for added convenience, safety, and easy cleaning.
