This deep fryer, with a capacity of 2 x 14 liters, is ideal for professional kitchens. It’s perfect for frying larger quantities at once. The deep fryer is ideal for frying a variety of foods, such as fresh french fries, vegetables, and snacks.
Cleaning is an easy task; all parts are easily removable, the oil is simple to change thanks to the drain taps, and the stainless steel construction makes everything easy to clean.
The fryer features 2 thermostats so they can be used independently.
Since not all of your foods need to be fried at the same temperature, you can easily adjust the temperature using the convenient dial. The temperature range is between 50 and 190°C, so it’s easy to set just right!
The deep fryer also features a removable lid, heat-resistant handle, and rubber feet to ensure it always remains stable.
