This 16-liter deep fryer is perfectly suited for professional kitchens. Ideal for frying large quantities at once, this fryer is perfect for cooking various types of food such as fresh fries, vegetables, and snacks.
Cleaning is an easy task; all parts are easily removable, and the stainless steel construction makes it simple to clean. It also features a drain tap at the bottom for safe and easy oil changes.
Since not all products require the same frying temperature, you can easily adjust the heat using the convenient dial. The temperature range is between 50 and 200°C, making it perfectly adjustable!
The fryer also features a removable lid, heat-resistant handle, and rubber feet to ensure it always remains stable.
