This 11-liter fryer is perfectly suited for the professional kitchen. Ideal for frying large quantities at once, this deep fryer is perfect for frying various types of food such as fresh fries, vegetables, and snacks. Cleaning is an easy task; all parts are easy to remove and, because everything is made of stainless steel, easy to clean.
Since not all your products should be fried at the same temperature, you can easily adjust the temperature via the handy dial. The temperature range is between 50 and 200°C, so it can be ideally adjusted!
The fryer is also equipped with a removable lid, heat-resistant handle, and rubber feet so that it always remains stable.
