This professional HCB gas griddle from the 700 Series combines a compact size with powerful performance. The griddle is suitable for restaurants, snack bars, lunchrooms, hotels, catering companies, food trucks, and other professional foodservice kitchens. With a width of 40 cm, this compact griddle fits even in kitchens where space is limited.

The smooth, chrome-plated cooking surface, measuring 38 × 56.5 cm, is suitable for cooking hamburgers, meat, chicken, fish, vegetables, eggs, pancakes, and sandwiches. Thanks to the smooth surface, food is heated evenly, and the griddle is highly versatile. Chrome also emits less heat into the surrounding area than a traditional cooking surface. This contributes to a more comfortable working environment during extended use.

The powerful gas burner has an output of 6.5 kW and heats the griddle quickly. With the continuously adjustable gas flow, you can precisely tailor the heat to different dishes. The built-in piezoelectric ignition makes lighting the burner easy and convenient, without the need for a separate igniter.

The raised splash guard on the back and sides helps protect your workspace from grease splatters while cooking. Excess grease and cooking juices are channeled through the grease drain into the removable grease collection tray. This keeps your workspace tidy and makes daily cleaning more convenient.

The stainless steel housing is suitable for professional use. Thanks to the height-adjustable legs, you can set the working height from 85 to 90 cm. Its compact design makes this gas griddle suitable for installation in a professional 700 cooking line.
