This professional HCB gas griddle from the 700 Series is a compact and powerful griddle designed for restaurants, snack bars, lunchrooms, hotels, catering companies, food trucks, and other professional foodservice kitchens. Thanks to its 40 cm width, this stainless steel griddle fits even in kitchens where space is limited, without compromising on grilling performance.

The ribbed cooking surface, measuring 38 × 56.5 cm, is ideal for cooking hamburgers, meat, chicken, fish, vegetables, and sandwiches. The ridges give food its characteristic grill marks and allow excess fat and cooking juices to drain away through the grooves. This creates a classic grilled look and keeps the cooking surface clear during preparation.

The powerful gas burner has an output of 6.5 kW and ensures rapid heating and even heat distribution. The continuously adjustable gas flow allows you to precisely control the heat for your cooking. The built-in piezoelectric ignition makes it easy to light the gas griddle without needing a separate igniter.

The raised splash guard on the back and sides helps protect your workspace from grease splatters. Excess grease and cooking juices are directed through the grease drain into the removable grease collection tray. This makes daily cleaning easier. The stainless steel housing is designed for intensive professional use. Thanks to the height-adjustable legs, you can adjust the working height from 85 to 90 cm. The baking sheet is suitable for use in a professional 700 cooking line.
