This professional HCB gas griddle with a completely smooth cooking surface is suitable for restaurants, snack bars, hotels, cafeterias, catering companies, and commercial kitchens. With a width of 80 cm, this commercial griddle offers a spacious cooking surface measuring 74 × 56.5 cm. This allows you to prepare multiple items at the same time without running out of workspace.

The smooth cooking surface is versatile and can be used for hamburgers, meat, fish, vegetables, eggs, pancakes, and sandwiches, among other things. The griddle heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly, ensuring that food is cooked consistently. Thanks to the two separately adjustable heating zones, you can set both halves independently. This allows you to cook different foods at the same time at the appropriate temperature.

Each heating zone features a powerful 6.5 kW gas burner. Together, the burners deliver 13 kW of power. The temperature range from 80 °C to 300 °C allows for both gentle cooking and high-heat searing. The piezoelectric ignition makes it easy to start the gas griddle.

The raised splash guard on the back and sides helps protect the surrounding area from grease splatters. Cooking juices can be drained through the grease drain into the removable grease tray. This makes cleaning after use more convenient and efficient.

The freestanding model features a base without a door and is made entirely of stainless steel. The adjustable legs allow the working height to be adjusted from 85 to 90 cm. This ensures that the griddle fits seamlessly with other equipment in a professional HCB 700 cooking line. The unit is designed for natural gas as standard. Nozzles for conversion to propane are included.
